Pip Cottage

With its distinctive octagonal shape and thatched roof, Pip is one of a select group of peaceful cottages set alongside the river leading into Loch Tay. This charming cottage offers direct access to the loch and includes trout fishing rights for guests.

Pip’s open-plan studio layout combines living, kitchen, and sleeping spaces into one inviting room, furnished with elegant Ercol pieces and original ceiling beams. Warm underfoot with luxurious underfloor heating throughout, the cottage is a cozy retreat.

The kitchen is equipped with a light grey Corian countertop and modern appliances for a convenient and comfortable stay. A plush king-size bed with a memory foam mattress is dressed in Egyptian cotton linens, a soft throw, and cushions for added comfort. Enjoy TV, Wi-Fi, and a Bluetooth-enabled Hi-Fi system for entertainment. The spacious ensuite bathroom includes a walk-in shower and a classic roll-top bath.

Outside, a private hot tub is available year-round, where guests can relax to the soothing sounds of the Ardeonaig Burn and enjoy views of the surrounding landscape and local wildlife.
