Terms & Conditions of Booking

The Ardeonaig rate promise guarantees that our lowest room rates will be offered when you book directly with us – either on our own website or by calling the hotel.

Booking and Payment

• Flexible Rates: This rate allows for changes or cancellations free of charge up to 72 hours prior to arrival. After 72 hours, the full accommodation cost will be automatically charged to the credit card used for the reservation, and the reservation will only be held if payment is successful. Some existing reservations’ will be booked under our pay on arrival flexible rate, this rate allows for payment upon arrival. However, cancellations or amendments are not permitted after 72 hours prior to arrival. In case of a no-show for this rate, the full cost of the stay will be charged.
• Promotional Rates: Promotional rates include early bird discounts and non-refundable options. Full payment will be required at the time of booking for these rates. They are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Guarantee: A valid credit or debit card is required to make a reservation. Guests must be at least 18 years old.
• Payment: Room charges and incidentals will be settled upon departure. A pre-authorization of £50 per person, per night will be requested upon check-in to cover incidentals. The exact amount may vary depending on your booking but will be explained before authorization is taken.

Check-In/Check-Out

• Check-In: Guest rooms are available from 3pm on the day of arrival. Luggage storage is available for earlier arrivals.
• Check-Out: We kindly request rooms are vacated by 11am on the day of departure. Guests who do not vacate their rooms by 11am may be subject to a late check-out fee of £50 per room.

Room Occupancy

The maximum number of guests per room varies depending on the room type. Our bedrooms generally accommodate two adults. An additional child or infant can be accommodated in most rooms with a complimentary camp bed or cot upon request (subject to availability). A charge of £20 per night will apply for the use of a camp bed. Please see the room descriptions for specific occupancy details.

Pets

We are happy to welcome well-behaved dogs into the lower bar area of the hotel. With advance booking, a select number of lodges can also accommodate dogs. Please contact the hotel directly to discuss pet-friendly lodge availability.

Dispute Resolution

In the unlikely event of a dispute arising from these Terms and Conditions, we encourage you to contact the Ardeonaig Hotel directly to seek an amicable resolution. We are committed to providing a positive experience for all our guests.

Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, along with any information expressly incorporated by reference herein, constitute the complete and exclusive agreement between you and the Ardeonaig Hotel with respect to your reservation and stay. They supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written. In the unlikely event of a discrepancy between these Terms and Conditions and any other information provided, these Terms and Conditions will prevail.
